I invite you to a consultation for a deeper understanding of yourself and improvement of the quality of life.

My method
My approach to psychotherapy is based on a combination of scientific knowledge and a creative approach, which allows for a deep understanding of the unique mental world of each person. Psychoanalysis for me is both a science and an art, where the scientific component is based on the theory of depth psychology, which explores the role of unconscious processes in human life, and the artistic component is based on creative interaction with the unique inner world of each client.

Romantic relationships
The notions of the social roles of men and women are constantly changing, and this contrasts sharply with the stability of former times. For men, the manifestation of emotions, love, feminization become the norm. For women, on the contrary, there is a certain "shift" towards the masculine.
"Love becomes a fluid substance," notes sociologist Sigmund Bauman. Each of us has to invent our own lifestyle, find our own way of love and pleasure.

Child's wants
Have you heard the saying "The perfect mother cannot have her own interests"? Even if you do not give yourself to motherhood, it cannot but limit you. Becoming a mother or father, people face new challenges in life, often for which they were not prepared. Accepting your children and not considering them as simple investments in the future is often a difficult decision for modern parents.
